Effective PAC Polyaluminium Chloride for Mine Wastewater Treatment and Dyeing Wastewater Decolorization
Product introduction
Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is an inorganic high-molecular coagulant, usually in the form of yellow or yellowish-brown powder solid, highly soluble in water, and its aqueous solution is acidic. It is widely used in the field of water treatment. As an efficient flocculant, it can compress the double electric layer, adsorb and bridge, etc., causing colloidal particles and suspended solids in water to aggregate into larger flocs and settle rapidly, thereby effectively removing turbidity, color, organic matter and some heavy metal ions in water. It is commonly used in scenarios such as tap water purification, sewage treatment (such as industrial wastewater and domestic sewage), and circulating water purification. In addition, in the papermaking industry, it can be used as a retention aid and filter aid to improve the quality of paper and production efficiency. It also plays an important role in the treatment of mine wastewater and the decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater. Its advantages lie in its excellent flocculation effect, wide range of water quality adaptability, low corrosiveness and simple operation. It is one of the indispensable chemicals in water treatment.

1. Tap water purification: Remove suspended solids, colloids, algae and organic matter from raw water, improve water transparency, reduce turbidity, and purify water. 2. One of the core chemicals for regular treatment in the factory.
2. Domestic sewage treatment: It accelerates the sedimentation of suspended particles in sewage, removes COD, BOD and some heavy metal ions, and is often used in primary and advanced sewage treatment.
3. Metallurgical wastewater: Removal of heavy metal ions (such as iron and manganese) and suspended solids;
4. Printing and dyeing wastewater: Adsorb pigments and organic matter, and assist in decolorization;
5. Papermaking wastewater: Reduce turbidity and COD, and recover fiber resources;
6. Chemical wastewater: Neutralize acidic substances and coagulate colloidal pollutants.
7. Circulating water purification: It is used in cooling water systems to reduce the deposition of suspended solids, prevent pipe blockage and equipment corrosion.
