White Flake Iron-Free Aluminum Sulfate 25kg/Bag Aluminum Sulphate
The solid aluminum sulfate product is white granular or lump, white shiny crystal. Stable in the air. Part of the crystal water will be lost at 86.5°C, and all of the crystal water will be lost at 250°C. When heated, it swells violently and becomes a spongy substance. When burned to red heat, it decomposes into sulfur trioxide and alumina. Weathering when the relative humidity is about 25% lower. Easily soluble in water, almost insoluble in ethanol, and the solution is acidic. After a long boiling, insoluble basic salt precipitates. The relative density is 1.62. It is usually used as a flocculant, used in the purification of drinking water and sewage treatment equipment, and also used in the paper industry.
