5. Character: It is white hard fragments or granules, slightly toxic, odorless, and slightly bitter. Strong hygroscopicity and easily deliquescence in air. It is soluble in water, releasing a lot of heat. Its solution is slightly acidic. Soluble in alcohol, and acetic acid. It's colorless prismatic crystal or cube crystal or white crystalline powder, odorless ,tasting salty.
6. Usage: It is used as calcium intensifier, hardener, chelant and desiccant in food industry.
7. Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg or 1000kg
8. Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse, keep away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid the damage. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
