Production Process of Poly Aluminum Chloride

Color is yellow or light yellow, dark brown, dark gray resinous solid.
The product has strong bridging adsorption properties. During the hydrolysis process, physical and chemical processes such as condensation, adsorption and precipitation occur.

It can effectively remove SS, COD, BOD, arsenic, mercury and other heavy metal ions in water. The product is widely used in drinking water, industrial water and sewage treatment.

Storage

Polyaluminum chloride must be stored in a dry, moisture-proof and heat-proof place (<80℃ do not damage the package, the product can be stored for a long time).
Polyaluminum chloride products must be dissolved before they can be used. Corrosion resistant materials should be used for dissolving equipment and dosing facilities.
The effective storage period of the liquid product is half a year, and the effective storage period of the solid product is two years. The solid product can still be used after getting wet.

Main performance

Filler and dispersant of pesticide

It can be used in the production of deflocculant, dispersant and bulking agent of pesticide to improve the suspensibility and wettability of wettable powder.

Water reducing agent of concrete

Reduce more than 8% water consumption, improve the workability and wear of concrete, reduce the initial heat of hydration of cement.

Binder of powdery and granular materials

It can be used in the press of iron breeze, powered coal, sand mould of cast iron and steel, ground tile, etc. It has highest stability and intensity and also can lubricate matrixes.

Additive of coal water slurry

If you add magnesium Lignosulphonate in the process of producing coal water slurry, it can increase the output of the mill, maintain the normalization of the system, reduce the power consumption, and improve the thickness of coal water slurry. It can be used as dispersant and viscosity depressant in artesian well to ameliorate the fluidity of transportation of reduce energy loss. It can also be used as purificant, dispersant, antirust, anlistatig of petrochemicals.
