Polyacrylamide Powder Chemical Coagulant Anion PAM/ Cation PAM/ Nonionic NPAM
Polyacrylamide is a water-soluble organic high molecular weight polymer. Polyacrylamide has good flocculation, adsorption decolorization, reduced resistance, thickening and adhesion. As a flocculant, polyacrylamide is widely used in urban sewage, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, coal washing, mineral processing, oil exploitation, river and lake drinking water treatment. The adsorption and decolorization properties of polyacrylamide are commonly used in the papermaking, printing and dyeing, textile and leather production industries.
Polyacrylamide is mainly including Cationic Polyacrylamide CPAM, Anionic Polyacrylamide APAM and Nonionic Polyacrylamide NPAM.
Cationic Polyacrylamide CPAM:
CPAM is a linear polymer composed of a cationic monomer and acrylamide. It is a positively charged molecular chain and is commonly used for sludge dewatering.
Anionic Polyacrylamide APAM:
APAM is a water-soluble polymer widely used in petroleum recovery, metallurgy, coal washing, chemical, mineral processing, paper, textile, agriculture and other industries.
Nonionic Polyacrylamide NPAM:
NPAM is a homopolymer of acrylamide and is a linear polymer with high molecular weight, low hydrolysis and strong flocculation ability.

1. Paper-making adhesive:
The product can be used as fining agent, residency agent, filtration aid and paper dry and wet intensity reinforcing agent in paper-making industry.
2. Sewage Water Treatment:
When sewage water systems are acidophilic, it is more suitable to select nonionic-polyacrylamide, the product can be matched with flocculating agent PAC, aluminium sulphate and the like, and it has the best effect in water treatment.
3. Metallurgical Mineral Dressing:
It can be used in floatation and smelting of Zinc, manganese and copper mines, its leachate and slag can be added into PAM to improve the separation efficiency.
4. Sand Prevention and Solidification:
The nonionic-polyacrylamide is dissolved into 0.3% concentration, cross-linking agent is added, and the product can be sprayed on desert to prevent and solidify sand.
5. Oil field profile controlling and water-plugging agent:
The product can be matched with lignocellulose, a certain amount of chemical adhesive can be added, and the product can be used as oil field profile controlling and water-plugging agent.
